የቦርዱ አባላት ኢትየጵያ ያላትን የኢንቨስትመንት አቅም ለመስማት እና ለመወያየት ፋላጎት ማሳደራቸው ተገቢ መሆኑን በመናገር በቅርቡ በአገር ውስጥ የተደረጉ የአሰራር፣ የህግ እና የፖሊሲ ማሻሻያዎች ለጀርመን ኩባኝያዎች መልካም አጋጣሚ በመሆኑ እድሉን ሊጠቀሙበት እንደሚገባ አስረድተዋል። በመጪው ኖቬምበር ወር በሚካሄደው የኢትዮ-ጀርመን ቢዝነስ ፎረም ማሀበሩ ተሳትፎ እንዲያረግም አምባሳደር ፍቃዱ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።
ማህበሩ ለኢትየ-ጀርመን ግንኘነት እየተጫወተ ያለው ሚና ትልቅ በመሆኑ ይህንን ግንኙነት ይበልጥ ማጠናከር በሚቻልበት ሁኔታዎች ላይ ከቦርድ አባላቱ ጋር ሃሳብ መለዋወጥ ተችሏል።
Upon invitation, H.E. Ambassador Fekadu Beyene Ayana briefed board members of the German-African Business Association (Africa-Verein) during the latter’s annual off-site board meeting. In attendance were Ms. Birgitt Ory, Commissioner for Economic Security Economic Policy and Foreign Trade Promotion at the Federal Foreign Office, Ms. Sabine Dall’Omo, Chairwoman of Africa-Verein and CEO of Siemens Sub-Saharan Africa and other representatives of large and medium-sized companies. Ambassador Fekadu spoke about potential areas of business cooperation in Ethiopia and thanked the association for its continuous efforts to deepening the two countries economic ties. The Ambassador has invited the Association to take part in the upcoming Ethio-Germany Business Forum.
