ክቡር አምባሳደር ፍቃዱ በየነ በጀርመን ውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር የምሥራቅ አፍሪካ፣ የአፍሪካ ቀንድና የምዕራብ የህንድ ውቅያኖስ ክፍል ሃላፊ ከሆኑት አምባሳደር ኡተር ከጀርመን ውጭ ጉዳይ ዋና መ/ቤት ወደ ናሚቢያ የጀርመን አምባሳደር ሆነው የሚሄዱ በመሆኑ በቢሮአቸው በመገኘት እ.ኤ.አ ጁላይ 12 ቀን 2023 የስንብት ውይይት አድርገዋል፡፡ አምባሳደር ፍቃዱ በውይይታቸውም በቅድሚያ እንኳን ደስ ያለዎት በማለት በመቀጠልም በጀርመን ውጭ ጉዳይ መ/ቤት በነበራቸው ቆይታ ከኤምባሲው ጋር አብረው ሲሰሩ ከሁለቱ አገሮች ጋር ያለውን ግንኙነት እንዲጠናከር ለአደረጉትና ለሰጡት ድጋፍ አመስግነዋል፡፡
በተጨማሪም በጀርመን መንግስት በኩል በተለያዩ ዘርፎች ለተደረገው ድጋፍ አመስግነው በቅርቡ የጀርመን ቻንስለር ክቡር ኦላፍ ሾዝና የጀርመን ውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስትር አናሊና ባርቦክ የኢትዮጵያ ጉብኝት በተመሳሳይም ከኢትዮጵያ ወደ ጀርመን የተደረገ የከፍተኛ በለሥልጣናት ጉብኝት የአገሮቹ ግንኙነት ያለበትን ደረጃ የሚያሳይ መሆኑን በመግለጽ ስለአገራችን ወቅታዊ ሁኔታም ብሪፍ አድርገዋል፡፡
አምባሳደር ኡተርም በበኩላቸው በሁለቱ አገሮች መካከል ያለውን መልካም ግንኙነት በመግለጽ፣ በበለጠ በሚጠናከርበት ሁኔታ መሥራት እንደሚያስፈልግ መክረዋል፡፡
በመጨረሻም ክቡር አምባሳደር ፍቃዱ ለሚሄዱበት አዲስ የስራ ቦታ መልካሙን በመመኘት ተሰናብተዋቸዋል፡፡

Ambassador Fekadu Beyene met with Ambassador Thorsten Hutter, Head of Division East Africa /Horn of Africa/Western Indian Ocean at the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany on July 12, 2023.
Ambassador Fekadu congratulated Ambassador Hutter on his new appointment and appreciated Ambassador Hutter’s efforts for his contribution to develop Ethiopa-Germany relations in various fields.
While appreciating the continued support of Germany to Ethiopia on different sectors, Ambassador Fekadu mentioned the recent highest-level visits as a testament to the growing bilateral ties between the two countries.
Ambassador Hutter, on his part, expressed his country’s commitment to further deepen the bilateral relations.
Ambassador Fekadu also extended his very best wishes in connection with the important new responsibilities he is about to embark on.
