Currently, the third largest economy in Sub-Saharan Africa and the second most populous nation in Africa, Ethiopia is home to a vibrant, youthful population, ready to engage with and contribute to the global community.

The Embassy is committed to enhance bilateral relations between Ethiopia and the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as the Czech Republic, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Latvia, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Poland, the Slovak Republic and Ukraine. The Government of Ethiopia is implementing fundamental economic and political reforms to promote sustainable economic growth and foster a robust democratic system in the county.
